Toffees

What started as a singular obsession with a dark chocolate and almond toffee has grown into a love of all three basic chocolates and their respective matches in nuts and toffee. Our basic toffee recipe (sometimes called a butter crunch recipe to those that strict confectioners), is a balance between rich butter and sugar to create a crunchy, melty confection topped with chocolate and a selected nut.
